When your rental time has finished you place the piece inside the pre-paid return bag that is included in your package.
If the piece is not soft, eg. a mega wicker bag, then please do put it back in the box that it arrived in and then pack it in the pre paid returns bag.

Yes, it does. Each piece is dry cleaned and checked before it is sent to the next customer.
No, please don’t worry about dry cleaning the piece, I will take care of it. It’s all part of the service!
I will sadly have to charge you £50 for everyday that something is late being returned to me.

Yes. If you cancel your order 10 days prior to your shipping date, I will offer you a full refund and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 10 days in advance of the delivery date, there will be a £30 cancellantion fee, this will be subtracted off your refund and issued to the payment card you used for the order.
If you cancel less than 3 days you will not receive any refund.
For now, until this grows huge, I will only stock my size. However please email me email@example.com if you are after a partuicular size or a piece that is not on my webiste and I will try and wave my magic wand.
It is your responsibilty to read the measurements of the item and check that the sizing fits you. I have done my best to be as accurate as possible but please take the measurements as approximately.
I will do my best to steam the piece before it arrives with you, but due to the nature of delivery men, your piece will probably need a steam. I suggest using a steamer on a low heat (if you dont have a travel steamer, I couldn’t recommmend one more highly – a serious life changer!). When you place an order you agree to my Terms and Conditions which states that any irreparable damage made to a garment will result in you paying back the full retail price. I know whoopsises happen so there is a non-refundable £8 Damage Waiver added to each order. This is a contribution to my insurance which covers reparable damage.
